摘要 市场经济是信用经济,信用是维持市场经济正常秩序的保证。企业的诚信对企业来说属于一种无形资产,企业的商誉直接影响顾客的购买行为。食品出现安全问题,不仅影响到大众的身体健康,而且破坏市场经济秩序,严重损害国家形象。必须强化企业的社会责任意识,大力推进食品安全信用体系建设,规范企业的市场经营行为。企业的竞争将从技术与产品的竞争、制度的竞争迈向理念价值为核心的软实力竞争的新阶段。企业要构建消费者至上的价值理念,以顾客价值的实现为企业经营的导向,以德为先,依法经营、诚信经营,为市场经济的健康发展,奠定坚实的企业文化和道德基础。 The market economy is the credit economy,and credit is a guarantee to maintain the normal order of market economy.Integrity of the enterprise is a form of enterprises'intangible assets,and the corporate reputation directly a ffects the buying behaviors of customers.The problems of food security not only affect public health,but also disrupt the market economic order,and seriously damage the national image.It is imperative to strengthen the consciousness of corporate social responsibilities,and vigorously promote the construction of cr edit system of food safety,and standardize the enterprises'behaviors of market operations.The enterprise competition has changed from the competition of tech nologies and products,and the competition of institutions to the competition of soft power that regards idea value as core.Enterprises should build the value idea of consumer-orientation,take realization of customer value as guidance,p ut morality before everything,do businesses according to the laws,and keep fai th and truth with customers so as to lay the solid foundation of enterprise cult ure and morality for institution.
