摘要 产品在配置的过程中会涉及到大量的数据信息,采用基于类物料清单的产品族配置方法可以减少数据的冗余并提高管理效率。利用产品族BOM结构以有限数量的数据描述大量产品品种的优越性,建立了通用的产品族结构模型并提出了产品在配置过程中约束规则的制定及管理方法,提出了一种基于产品族BOM配置产品管理的方法,减少了常规产品配置中产生的数据冗余,提高了管理效率。该方法在风电产品的配置中得以应用,验证了其可行性。 Substantive data are involved during the process of product configuration, but the data redundance can be reduced while the managerial efficiency can be enhanced by applying the method of product family configuration, which is based on generic bill of material. In this paper, the superiority of mass product varieties is depicted with finite data, utilizing the BOM structure of product family and this paper stablishes the universal structure model of the product family, and then proposes the method of the formulation and management of restrict rules during the configuration process. In conclusion this method is validated by a configuration instance of a wind power product.
