柔红霉素吡喃化研究

Pyranylation of Daunomycin

报道了柔红霉素在催化剂对甲苯磺酸(PTS) 、对甲苯磺酸吡啶盐(PPTS) 及三氟化硼乙醚溶液下进行吡喃化反应的产物.经硅胶柱色谱,制备薄层反复分离得5 个化合物.经波谱鉴定分别为(2″R)4′氧吡喃柔红霉素(2) ,(2″S)4′氧吡喃柔红霉素(3) ,9氧吡喃柔红霉素(4) ,4′,9二氧吡喃柔红霉素(1) 和原料柔红霉素.

In this paper,the pyranylation of daunomycin in the presence of three catalysts,PTS,PPTS and BF\-3 solution in ether,respectively was decribed.Five compounds such as 4′,9 di O tetrahydropyran daunomycin(1),(2″ R) 4′ O tetrahydropyran daunomycin(2),(2″ S) 4′ O tetrahydropyran daunomycin(3),9 O tetrahydropyran daunomycin(4),and Daunomycin were isolated from the reaction mixture and eluciadated by spectra.
