独立光伏电源控制器建模及高动态性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 光伏供电系统一般采用太阳电池阵-蓄电池联合供电模式,空间独立发电系统一般采用S4R作为功率调节单元(PCU)。采用局部开关阻抗失配法建立电源控制器模型,采用无反馈型延迟驱动解决了由PV输出寄生电容带来的开通时刻EMI问题,相比有源限流电路,该设计的无限流电感、无采样电阻,一定程度上简化了驱动电路的设计;而延迟驱动技术降低了环路的相位裕度,采用超前网络反馈采样环节来提高控制器带宽附近的相位裕度。仿真及实验证实采用超前网络反馈环节技术的S4R的动态性能优于仅采用延迟驱动技术的S4R,并发现系统带宽,开关频率及输出滤波电容大小互相制约。 S4R(sequential switch series shunt regulator) is used as a space power conditioning unit(PCU).With impedance mismatching control of the local switch the control model is established.It is proposed that using time delay driver to solve the EMI of shunt switch,and the proposed driver is made up with gate circuits without current sensing and current limitation inductor,but time delay unit decreases the phase margin.To increase the phase margin at 0dB,it is proposed that adding phase-lead network in feedback unit.This control strategy has better dynamic performance and less heat on shunt switch than the Bang-Bang control is proved by simulation and experiment.
