多弧离子镀Al靶弧流对活塞环AlCrN涂层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用多弧离子镀技术方法在铸铁活塞环的表面沉积一层AlCrN涂层,在各种参数一定的情况下,通过改变Al靶的弧流来研究AlCrN涂层的组织和性能的变化。采用SEM,XRD,MM-200型摩擦试验机和显微硬度计测试涂层的表面组织形貌、显微硬度和涂层的摩擦因数。实验结果表明:Al靶弧流对涂层的微观组织和力学性能影响都很大。随Al靶弧流增大,涂层中Al含量增多,涂层的显微硬度和摩擦因数均降低,而且随涂层中Al含量的增大Al颗粒数量增多,致密度增大。 AlCrN coating was deposited on the surface of Cast-iron piston ring by multi arc ion plating. Al target arc current was investigated to study the effect on microstructures and mechanical properties of the AICrN coating as other parameters remain. Scanning Electron Microscope,X-Ray Diffraction, Microhardness Tester and MM-200 friction testing machine were used to test the microhardness, surface microstructure and friction factor of the coating. The result shows that the Al target arc current has a great influence on the mierostructure and mechanical property of the coating. As the Al target arc current raises,amount of Al in the coating increases,while the microhardness and friction factor de cline. And with the amount of Al in the coating raises,amount of Al particles and the density increase.
