摘要
深管因其长管身、小孔径、内壁曲率大的特点,普通镀覆层的测试方法在用于深管零件内壁镀覆层的测试时会受到一定限制。对深管零件内壁镀覆层的结合强度、耐腐蚀性能、厚度测量等测试方法进行了综述,分析讨论了每种方法的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了采用内窥镜和各种探头进行无损快速检测的构想。
Tubular parts were widely used, it's hard to detect tubular parts' interior coated layer by ordinary detecting methods because of long body and small aperture, detecting methods for bonding strength, anti-corrosion property and thickness were reviewed, merits and drawbacks of each methods were discussed and analyzed.
