我院开展门诊处方点评工作的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Outpatient Prescription Evaluation Program in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院开展处方点评工作的效果。方法:以《处方管理办法》为依据,随机抽取我院2007年7月-2010年6月每月门诊处方100张共计3600张,填写处方点评工作表,运用Excel软件处理数据,并对处方书写质量、不合理用药及超常处方情况进行点评。结果:处方书写不合格率逐年下降且下降明显(尤以2008-2009年最为显著),由12.17%降至4.58%;总用药不合理率从2007-2008年的12.8%降低至2009-2010年的8.8%,属于不合理用药特殊情况的"超常"处方在点评的3年中数量明显减少,占不合理处方比例从2007-2008年的36.6%降低至2009-2010年的21.9%。结论:开展处方点评工作可提高处方书写质量及临床合理用药水平。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effect of outpatient prescription evaluation in our hospital. METHODS： According to Prescription Management, 100 prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital every month during Jul. 2007--Jun. 2010 with a total of 3 600 prescriptions. The prescription evaluation forms were filled in and the quality of prescription writing was in- spected. The irrational drug use and transnormal prescription were evaluated using Excel software. RESULTS： The percentage of un-qualified prescription writing declined significantly, especially during 2008-- 2009, decreasing from 12.17 % to 4.58 %. The percent- age of irrational drug use decreased from 12.8% during 2007--2008 to 8.8% during 2009--2010. The numbers of non-normal pre- scription were reduced obviously. The number of transnormal prescription resulted from irrational drug use decreased significantly over three years, decreasing from 36.6% during 2007--2008 to 21.9% during 2009--2010. CONCLUSION： The prescription evaluation program can improve the quality of the prescription writing and promote the rational drug use.
