摘要
目的 分析股静脉及其瓣膜的影像学变化。方法 收集了50 例57 支下肢顺行性静脉造影。结果 股静脉宽径0-8~2-8cm ,平均1-75 cm 。其中宽径≤1-4 cm13 支肢体,股静脉有一对瓣膜者28 只肢体,二对瓣膜者21 只肢体,三对瓣膜者1 支体。瓣膜一大一小27 对,模糊仅可辨认18 对,短小者12 对,对称者16 对。乏氏试验,仅一支肢体一对瓣膜下隐约可见透亮带。结论 顺行性下肢静脉造影对股静脉及其瓣膜的形态,功能的诊断可靠,能为治疗方式提供依据。
Objective To analyse the venograms of venae femoralis and valvulae venae femoralis.Methods The anterograde venograms of 57 lower extremities (50 cases)were collected.Results The breadth diameter of femoral vein is 0 8~2 8 cm,mean 1 75 cm.Of all,the breadth diameter of femoral vein of 13 lower extremities is ≤1 4 cm,the femoral vein of 28 lower extremities have a pair valvulae,21 lower extremities have two pair valvulae,a lower extremity has three pair valvulae.The size of 27 pair valvulae is variance between two valvulae,18 pair valvulae are blurred but can be seen,12 pair valvulae are small and short,16 pair valvulae are symmetry.Valsalva test showed that a pair valvulae of a lower extremity has a indistinct transparent band.Conclusion The venograms of lower extremity can diagnose the morphological and functional changes of femoral vein and valvulae venae femoralis and can provide a basis for treatment.
