二维交叉运动模拟系统误差分析方法

摘要 针对多目标二维交叉运动模拟系统目标运动范围大、目标间运动相互干扰的难题,设计了一种由多个独立单目标二维运动系统组合构成的多目标二维交叉运动模拟系统。针对该系统的特点及误差来源并结合三角交汇视觉测量原理,利用两台经纬仪搭建三维坐标测量系统,通过对系统不确定度分析来获得最佳测量区域,利用所测的特征点的三维坐标重构目标二维运动参考平面并求得位置误差,最后利用软件对系统误差进行补偿。该方案可以很好的应用于多目标二维交叉运动系统误差的测量,实验结果表明,利用该方案可使补偿后的系统精度满足指标要求。 In order to solve the problem of large range of target motion and targets mutual interference in Two-dimensional Cross-Moving Motion Simulation System with Multiple Objects,a multi-objective system was designed which consists of a number of independent two-dimensional motion simulation systems.A three-dimensional coordinate measuring system was set up by double theodolites aiming at the system's characteristics and sources of error,combined with the principle of triangulation intersection visual measurement.The best measurement area was obtained through the uncertainty analysis and then the measured data was used to reconstruct the actual two-dimensional motion plane to seek the errors.Finally the nonlinear errors were compensated with the software.The program can be well applied to errors measurement of this system,and experimental results show that the accuracy of the program allows the system to meet the target requirements.
