深沟球轴承密封结构的改进

Improvement on seal structure of deep groove ball bearings

针对深沟球轴承密封圈安装困难、手工无法压入或压入后变形、凹瘪及防尘盖安装后轴承外径的圆度、径向跳动、径向游隙出现超差等现象进行了分析,对牙口槽、密封圈和防尘盖结构进行了改进,解决了密封圈和防尘盖安装存在的问题。

For deep groove ball bearing seal ring installation difficult,could not being pushed by hand or deformation after pushed in or concave,and roundness,radial runout,clearance exceeds the requirements after dust shield installation,the tooth groove,seal ring and dust cap structure had been improved,the problems of seals and shields installing were solved.
