摘要
目的:建立丙帕他莫中3种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法,以外标法计算残留溶剂的含量。结果:3种有机溶剂均完全分离,乙醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷的线性范围分别为100.72~1007.2μg/ml(r=0.9997)、103.86~1038.6μg/ml(r=0.9996)、12.94~129.4μg/ml(r=0.9997),平均回收率分别为99.9%、99.5%、100.8%,RSD分别为1.1%、1.3%、1.6%(n=5)。结论:所建方法灵敏、准确,可用于丙帕他莫中3种残留溶剂的同时测定。
To establish a method for determining 3 residual organic solvents in Propacetamol. Methods:Residual organic solvents were determined by large diameter capillary gas chromatography with external standardization. Results:3 compounds of residual organic solvents were separated completely.The standard curves of ethanol, acetone,and dichloromethane were linear in the ranges of 100.72-1007.2μg/ml (r=0.9997), 103.86- 1038.6pog/ml (r=0.9996),and 12.94-129.4μg/ml (r=0.9997), respectively; and the average recoveries were 99.9%, 99.5% and 100.8% with the RSD of 1.1% ,1.3% and 1.6% (rt=5), respectively. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of 3 residual organic solvents in pro^acetamol.
