高脂血症性急性胰腺炎25例的临床特点及治疗

CLINICAL FEATURES AND TREATMENT OF HYPERLIPIDEMIC PANCREATITIS-25 CASES REPORT

目的:探讨高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2001年至2009年收治的25例高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床资料。结果:急性胰腺炎160例,高脂血症性胰腺炎者25例,占15.7%,22例行非手术治疗,3例行手术引流。1例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论:高脂血症可诱发急性胰腺炎,且易发展为重型胰腺炎。治疗以非手术治疗为主,降低血脂是治疗的关键。

To elucidate the clinical features,and the principles in diagnosis and treatment of hy- perlipidemic pancreatitis.Methods ：The clinical data of 25 cases with acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis from 2001 to 2006 was studied. Results：Among 159 acute pancreatitis cases,25 cases were diagnosed as hyperlipidemic pancreatitis （15.7%）. Among the heperlipidemic pancreatitis cases,3 cases were treated operatively.As a result, 1 case died of multiple organ failure and 24 cases were cured.Conclusion：Hyperlipidemia can induce acute panereatitis,and many may have severe pancreatitis.Treatment is mainly nonoperative management therapy, one of the keys is to control lipids early.
