氟铝联合对体外人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育的影响

摘要 目的:探讨氟铝联合对体外人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育的影响。方法:采用体外人胚大脑神经细胞,分为6 组观察氟铝共存对其生长发育的影响。结果:大脑神经细胞的存活数高剂量铝组低于低剂量铝组和对照组,有显著性差别(P< 0.05)。结论:高剂量铝组可抑制人胚大脑神经细胞的生长发育。 Objective:To study the toxic effect of aluminum and fluorine on Human embryonic cerebral neurocytes in vitro. Methods: The neurocytes were divided into six groups (control, low and high Al group, low Al and F, high Al and low F, high Al and F groups ), and the growth and development of neurocytes were observed . Results: Survival sum of cerebral neurocytes was lower in high Al group than that in low and control group . Conclusion: The results showed that the growth and development of neurocytes in high Al groups were inhibited. Fluorine was not effect on aluminum in this dose range .
