小儿室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压术后血氧分压的变化及处理

CHANGES OF PaO_2 AND TREATMENT FOR PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WITH VSD COMPLICATED BY PULMONARY HYPERTENSION AFTER OPERETION

目的：观察小儿室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）合并肺动脉高压（ＰＨ）患儿术后ＰａＯ２ 变化。方法：测定术前、术后第１、３ 和２０ｈ ＰａＯ２ 值。结果：ＰＨ 组术后２０ｈ 的ＰａＯ２ 低于术前（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），低于无ＰＨ组（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），且重度ＰＨ组低于轻、中度组（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。

Objective: To observe the changes of PaO 2 in postoperative for pediatric patients with VSD complicated by PH Methodes : To determine PaO 2 of preoperative , postoperative 1 ,3 , 20 hour Results: The average values of postoperative 20 hour PaO 2 for PH group were lower than preoperative P <0 05, lower no PH group P <0 05, svere group lower than mild and middle group P < 0 05 Conclusion: Influence factors are the changes of lung interstitial tissue in preoperative and postoperative lung function temporary obstruction
