摘要
介绍一种在制鞋工业中使用的鞋楦三维面形光电自动测量系统。系统由测量仪主体、微机、软件系统构成。用它对新设计的鞋楦母样,或者大批生产的鞋楦进行自动测量,得到所需的全楦面三维数据和特征部位点尺寸。这一技术的采用将从根本上促进制鞋计算机辅助设计系统和计算机辅助制造系统技术的发展,对于制鞋业整体技术和整体效益的提高具有重要意义。
In this paper we describe an opto-electronic automatic measuring system for 3-D shape of shoe last. The system contains measuring instrument, microcomputer and software. It can be used for automatic measurement of the designed model last and the other last on line. The 3-D data and the size of special points in all shapes of the last can be given. The adoption of the system will basically promote the development of CAD and CAM, and greatly increase both manufacturing flexibility and productivity in footwear.
