二氧化锰改性石墨烯电极材料的电化学性能 被引量:10

Electrochemical properties of manganese dioxide surface-modified graphene electrode materials

摘要 用二氧化锰对改进的Hummer法制备石墨烯,并进行改性处理,以改善其作为电化学电容器电极材料的电化学性能。采用XRD研究其晶体结构,用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒定电流充放电等电化学方法研究了改性石墨烯电极构成的电化学电容器的性能。结果表明:经过二氧化锰改性后的石墨烯材料电化学电容效应明显,并具有法拉利赝电容。对其进行充放电测试,其首次充放电比电容达到237 F/g。 To improve the electrochemical properties,graphene which was made by improved Hummer was modified by manganese dioxide.XRD was used to research the crystal structure of composites.The performance of electrochemical capacitors was investigated by cyclic voltammetic,alternating current impedance,and constant current charge/discharge tests.The results showed that the electrochemical properties of graphene which was modified by MnO2 was improved obviously.It had an obvious pseudo-capacitance effect.The specific capacitance was as high as 237 F/g when it was tested with charge/discharge method.
