摘要
为了研究采摘高度及采制时期对黄山"松谷"毛峰游离氨基酸含量的影响,采用茚三酮比色法测定黄山"松谷"毛峰中游离氨基酸总量。结果表明,从采制时期上看,随着采制时期的延迟,游离氨基酸的含量逐渐降低;从采摘高度上来看,随着采摘高度的上升游离氨基酸的含量总体上升,在750m处达到最大。
In order to research the influence of packing heights and periods to the content of free amino acids in Huangshan"SONGGU"Mao Feng tea,the test uses the Ninhydrin Colorimetric method to determinate the total content of free amino acids in Huangshan Mao Feng tea.The result shows that: from the periods aspect,with the periods delay,the content of free amino acids in Huangshan Mao Feng tea gradually reduced;from the heights aspect,the higher the picking height,the more the content of free amino acids in Huangshan Mao Feng tea,but it comes to the max,when the height is 750m.
