摘要
臭氧作为一种强氧化杀菌剂,凭借其广谱、高效、快速等特点在果蔬生产与加工中发挥着重要的作用。综述了臭氧在蔬菜病害防治、农药残留去除及保鲜加工几个方面的应用。
Ozone as a strong oxidizing biocides,with its broad-spectrum,highly efficient,fast feature play an important role of the fruit and vegetable production and processing.This paper reviews the Ozone of the application process in vegetable disease control,pesticide residue removal and preservation aspects.
