普宁市5877名儿童血清微量元素检测分析

目的了解普宁市儿童血清微量元素水平,为儿童的合理饮食提供指导。方法随机抽取普宁市妇幼保健所体检的0～12岁儿童5877例,应用BH5011型微量元素分析仪进行血液中钙、锌、铁、铜、镁各微量元素检测,利用统计学方法将结果按年龄分0～6个月、7～12个月、1～3岁、4～6岁、7～9岁和9～12岁6组进行分析。结果普宁市儿童均存在不同程度的微量元素钙、铁、锌、镁和铜缺乏的情况,且除元素镁和铜外各年龄段的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着年龄增长,锌和铁的含量呈上升趋势,其缺乏率则呈下降趋势;Ca元素的含量呈下降趋势,而缺乏率呈上升趋势。结论普宁市儿童微量元素缺乏情况不容乐观,必须注意各种营养素的合理搭配及微量元素的补充。

Objective To understand the level of serum trace elements of Puning children,and to provide guidance of a reasonable diet for children.Methods Totally aged 0 to 12 years old 5877 cases of Puning maternal and child health were examined using BH5011-type blood analyzer,trace elements calcium,zinc,iron,copper,magnesium were detected,statistical methods was used to analyze the results of age 0-6 months,7-12 months,1-3 years,4-6 years,7-9 years and 9-12 years old six groups.Results Puning children have varying degrees of trace elements calcium,iron,zinc,magnesium and copper def iciency situation,and except magnesium and copper,the other elements of all ages were statistically signif icant different（P〈0.05）,and with the age,the levels of zinc and iron rise,its lack of rate decline;Ca element content decreased,while the lack has an upward trend.Conclusion Puning child micronutrient def iciencies can not be optimistic,we must note with a reasonable variety of nutrients and trace elements supply.
