双吻合器在低位直肠癌的应用

目的探讨采用双吻合器在低位直肠癌切除手术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年1月～2009年3月间采用双吻合技术保肛的126例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果 126例患者直肠闭合及吻合均成功,术后切缘病理均未见癌细胞浸润,术后发生吻合口漏5例,其中4例经保守治疗治愈,1例经手术治疗治愈,无围手术期死亡病例。结论双吻合技术治疗低位直肠癌效果满意,可以为低位直肠癌患者提供更多的保肛机会,但吻合口漏的发生仍然无法完全避免。

Objective To explore the double stapling technique in low colorectal surgery.Methods Retrospective January 2003～2009 March anastomosis between the anus by double the 126 cases of the clinical data of low colorectal cancer patients.Results 126 patients with colorectal anastomosis and success are closed and postoperative pathologic are not cutting edge cells infiltrating and postoperative anastomotic leakage in 5 cases,including four patients cured by conservative treatment,1 case by surgery cured,no perioperative mortality.Conclusion Low colorectal anastomosis double treatment with satisfactory effect for low colorectal cancer patients,can provide more opportunities,but the anus anastomotic leakage occurs still cannot avoid completely.
