120例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的围术期护理分析

目的总结腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的围术期护理体会,探讨系统的围术期护理对患者手术效果和术后恢复的影响。方法对普外科2008年4月～2010年6月收治的120例胆囊炎患者进行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,并进行系统的围术期护理,观察患者手术效果和术后恢复情况。结果 120例患者手术后均于24～72h内排气,112例患者手术后3～5d均痊愈出院。3例患者发生术后并发症,发生率为2.50%,皆为切口感染,经积极治疗后痊愈。结论系统的围术期护理可以增强手术效果,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患者的恢复。

Objective Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in perioperative nursing,explore the system＇s perioperative care of patients with surgical results and postoperative recovery.Methods From April 2008 to June 2010 120 cases of cholecystitis of General Surgery in patients admitted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the system of perioperative care to observe the effect of surgery and postoperative patient recovery.Results 120 patients after surgery were at 24～72h in the exhaust,112 patients were after surgery discharged 3-5d.3 patients postoperative complication rate was 2.50%,are all wound infection,after antibiotic treatment cured.Conclusion Perioperative care system can enhance the effect of surgery,reduce postoperative complications,help patients recover.
