地佐辛复合丙泊酚在老年患者ERCP术中的应用疗效分析

目的探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚在老年患者内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)诊疗术中的麻醉效果。方法将择期行ERCP的86位老年患者,ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,年龄60～87岁,随机分为两组:每组各43人,单纯丙泊酚为A组,丙泊酚复合地佐辛为B组,观察并记录诱导前、诱导后、进镜、术中、退镜、苏醒等不同时间点的HR、MAP、RR、SpO2及苏醒时间和不良反应发生率,同时记录术中控制BIS评分在55分左右的丙泊酚的维持剂量。结果所有老年患者均能顺利完成ERCP手术操作,诱导入睡后A组RR、MAP低于B组(P<0.05),B组丙泊酚维持剂量、不良反应发生率、苏醒时间均小于A组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚在老年患者ERCP术中镇静效果满意,患者耐受性好,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

Objective To investigate the application of Dezocine combined with propofol for aneasthesia in elderly patients of endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography（ERCP）.Methods Eighty six ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 60-87yr for elective ERCP were randomly divided into 2 group with 43 patients each,propofol group（group A）and Dezocine combined with propofol group（group B）：those in group A were anesthetized with propofol while those in group B were anesthetized with Dezocine and propofol.HR,MAP,RR,SpO2 were respectively recorded before and after anesthesia induction,start endoscope and finish endoscope,intraoperation and revival,the maintenance dose of propofol to keeping the BIS score nearby 55 in the operation,adverse effects and awakening time were also be recorded.Results The patients of all groups were quiet and stable.After induction,MAP,RR in group A were lower than those in group B（P〈0.05）.the maintenance dose of propofol,rate of adverse effects and awakening time in group B were lower than those in group A.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is safe and available for Dezocine combined with propofol in ERCP.
