摘要 白藜芦醇是一种天然多酚类化合物,具有多种生物学作用,包括神经保护作用、心血管保护作用、抗炎及抗肿瘤作用等。近年来自藜芦醇抗肿瘤作用日益受到关注,其抗肿瘤机制可能是预防肿瘤的发生、延缓肿瘤的发展、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭等。 Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound. It possesses a variety of biological properties including neuroprotective effects, cardiovascular protection, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects. In recent years, the anti-tumor effects of resveratrol have attracted a lot of attention. Its anti-tumor effects may be mediated by inhibiting tumor initiation, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, promoting tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell invasion.
