摘要 缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α是细胞及组织缺氧情况下产生的一种调节缺氧反应的转录激活因子,能诱导多种缺氧反应性表达,使细胞及组织产生一系列反应以适应缺氧环境。肿瘤缺氧微环境及HIF—1α的表达与结直肠癌的发生发展、侵袭转移及治疗预后密切相关,已成为结直肠肿瘤研究的热点。 HIF-1α, a transcriptional activator regulating ceils and tissues' response to hypoxia, can induce expression of a variety of factors and facilitate adaptation to hypoxia. Tumor hypoxic microenvironment and expression of HIF-1α is closely related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer, development, invasion, metastasis and prognosis, which becomes a hot spot in colorectal cancer research. To further clarify the process of colorectal cancer and to explore new treatment methods in colorectal cancer, HIF-1α in colorectal cancer studies was briefly reviewed.
