皮质盲病因和机制 被引量：14

摘要 皮质盲（cortical blindness）通常定义为枕叶纹状皮质损害导致的双眼视力丧失。广义上讲，外侧膝状体以后的双侧视觉通路受损均可导致视力障碍，称为大脑盲（cerebral blindness）。故皮质盲是大脑盲的一种类型。
