摘要
[目的]为了探讨添加有机酸对苜蓿青贮营养成分的影响。[方法]设六个处理,分别添加甲酸3 mL/kg、6 mL/kg,甲酸、乙酸(1∶1)3 mL/kg、6 mL/kg,甲酸、乙酸(3∶7)3 mL/kg、6 mL/kg,采用塑料袋青贮。[结果]表明各组添加有机酸苜蓿青贮感观评定均能达到优质青贮品质标准;各处理组与贮前比较,CP、NDF、ADF的含量显著提高(P<0.05);各加酸苜蓿青贮组之间比较,甲酸和乙酸(1∶1)混合使用,添加量为3 mL/kg时,苜蓿青贮CP含量最高,而NDF含量最低,ADF含量仅高于单独添加甲酸6 mL/kg的苜蓿青贮。[结论]由结果可知添加甲酸和乙酸混合制剂(1∶1)3 mL/kg时苜蓿青贮主要营养成分损失最小,生物学营养价值较高。
【Objective】The study was conducted to investigate the effects of organic acids on nutrient of alfalfa silage.【Method】There was six kinds of treatments adding formic acid 3 mL/kg and 6 mL/kg,formic acid +acetic acid(1∶1) 3 mL/kg and 6 mL/kg,formic acid +acetic acid(3∶7)3 mL/kg and 6 mL/kg in plastic bag,respectively.【Result】The results showed that each treatment adding organic acid alfalfa silage all could reach high quality standards by sense evaluation.Compared with those groups before storage the CP,NDF,ADF content of silage were significant higher in each treatments(P0.05).Compared each treatments,the CP content of silage was the highest,and the NDF content was the lowest in treatment of formic acid+acetic acid(1∶1)3 mL/kg than others,and the ADF content of silage was lower except the treatment of formic acid 6 mL/kg.【Conclusion】The results indicated that the optimum quantity of organic acid was formic+acetic acid(1∶1)3 mL/kg with the lowest nutrition loss and more nutritional value.
