摘要
[目的]为了验证纤维素复合酶饲喂肉牛的效果。[方法]选择临床健康的2岁-2.5岁的西门塔尔杂种公牛40头,按年龄、体重、相同或相近的原则,配对分为对照组和试验组,每组20头。试验组饲喂用0.1%纤维素复合酶制剂处理过的青贮玉米秸秆,对照组饲喂未处理的青贮玉米秸秆,经80 d饲喂。[结果]表明:试验组牛头均增重119.3 kg/头,对照组头均增重101.8 kg/头,试验组比对照组提高了17.32%(P〈0.05);试验组比对照组平均日采食量增加9%-10%,每公斤增重的饲料成本费减少11.04%。[结论]表明纤维素复合酶制剂对育肥牛有显著的增重效果。
【Objective】In order to validate the effect of cellulose complex enzyme on beef cattle feeding.【Method】40 hybrid bulls from Simmental cattle aged 2 to 2.5 years in clinical healthy were selected according the same or similar age,weight and divided into the control and treatment groups,each group had 20 cattle.The experimental group was fed with silage maize straw processed by 0.1% cellulose complex enzyme preparation.The control group was fed with silage maize straw without any processing.The experimental time was 80 days.【Results】The body weight in treatment group increased 119.3 kg/cattle,and that in the control group increased 101.8 kg/cattle.On the body weight and average daily feed intake,the cattle from the treatment group increased 17.32% and 9%-10% than that from the control group(P〈0.05).The feed cost of per kilogram weight gain reduced 11.04%.【 Conclusion】Cellulose composite enzyme preparation had significant effect on weight gain for fatten cattle.
