摘要
[目的]为了在农户型和全舍饲两种饲养条件下,对比夏西黄F2、皮西黄F2和利西黄F2三元杂交牛产肉性能指标高低。[方法]通过三元杂交改良的方法引进优秀肉牛品种夏洛莱、皮埃蒙特和利木赞冻精,对西黄F1牛进行杂交改良。[结果]表明:在农户型和全舍饲两种饲养条件下,夏西黄F2、皮西黄F2和利西黄F2三元杂交牛生长发育迅速,屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积等产肉性能指标均高于西黄F1;其中夏西黄F2最好。[结论]三元杂交及全舍饲型集约化或养殖小区肉牛肥育方式是玉门市今后发展肉牛产业的主导方向。
【Objective】Under the farmers breeding and complete stabling breeding conditions,the meat production performance of Xiaxi yellow F2,Pixi yellow F2 and the Lixi yellow F2 by three crossbred was compared.【Method】The F1 hybrid of Xi yellow was crossbred by introducing excellent frozen semen of Charolais,Piedmont and Limousin.【Result】The results showed that the growth and development,weight gain,slaughter rate,net meat rate,eye muscle area and other meat performance indicators of the F2 generation of three crossbred were higher than F1 hybrid of Xi yellow under the farmers breeding and complete stabling breeding conditions.The F2 generation of Charolaist Simmental yellow was the best among them.【Conclusion】Three crossbred and intensive feeding of beef cattle or fattening in breeding community should be the leading way for the future development of beef cattle industry in Yumen city.
