CO_2激光祛除色素痣的治疗与护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CO2祛除色素痣的治疗与护理。方法:采用安徽合肥安恒光电有限公司的JZ-BI型二氧化碳激光治疗仪,波长:10.6nm,输出功率:不小于8.5W,激光输出方式:连续或点射,焦点光斑直径:小于0.5mm。治疗时激光距皮损表面0.5-1cm,强度2.5-3.5mA,逐层碳化至皮损底层无色素残留。结果:一次治愈367例(89.95%),二次治愈36例(8.82%),三次及以上治愈5例(1.23%)。结论:二氧化碳激光治疗黑色素痣,不接触皮肤,术中无出血,术后无感染,无并发症,创面愈合良好,仅个别病人留有轻度凹陷性疤痕。
