摘要
建立了工业以太网EtherCAT的时钟同步延时误差模型,并设计了时钟同步算法及仿真程序。基于EtherCAT网络的三种基本拓扑结构,进行同步误差仿真及分析,总结出三种拓扑结构的同步误差累积规律公式及累积参数。累积规律公式为实际应用中构建复杂拓扑结构提供了理论参考,并可以用于改进主站的时钟同步算法。
This paper establishes the Ethernet clock synchronization error model,and designes the clock synchronization algorithm and simulation program.Based on three basic topology structure of EtherCAT,carries on simulation and analysis of the synchronization error.Summarizes the rule formula and parameter of the accumulation synchronization error for each kind of topology.It accumulates rule formula and provides a theoretical reference for building complex topologies in practical application,and can be used to improve the clock synchronization algorithm.
