CAP系统检测在变应性鼻炎的临床应用

The clinical application of CAP allergen screening system in allergic nasitis

39例变应性鼻炎的患者应用CAP检测系统进行过敏原筛选试验，嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）测定及血清特异性IgE（SIgE）的检测，结果：（1）11例血清ECP值在8.74～64ug／L，高于正常值7ug／L的占28％；（2）血清SIgE测定的阳性检出率为59％（23／39）；（3）过敏原筛选试验的灵敏度为96％，特异度为77％，测出的过敏原以尘螨为主占77％，床尘占52％。这些患者经用相应的变应原聪敏治疗后，症状均得明显改善。

Serum eosinophil cationic proteins (ECP ), specific IgE antibody (SIgE) and allergen screening tests were conducted in 39 cases of allergic nasitis by CAP system. Results The value of ECP was 8. 74-64ug/L in 11 cases (28% ), higher than the normal value (7ug/L) . 23 cases (59%)showed SIgE positive. The sensitivity and . specificity of the CAP system for allergen screening were 96% and 77% respectively.The main positive allergens were house dust miti (77%) and house dust (52%). The patients were imporoved significantly after deallergizative therapy.
