中欧风电规程有功和无功控制的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对中国国家电网的《风电场接入电网技术规定(修订版)》和欧盟主要风电强国的相关电网接入规范中关于有功/频率控制和无功/电压控制的内容做出详细的比较,探讨造成这些不同规范间差异的主要原因,并对今后技术规定可能的变化趋势做出预测。通过比较发现,不同电网规程的有功和无功控制要求,除了和风电机组的技术水平相关外,还和接入电网的短路容量密切相关;此外,接入电网的风电场容量越大,风电场接入电网的电压等级越高,要求的功率因数运行范围也越宽,对相应的无功调节能力也要求越高。在风电比重不断增加的背景下,本研究对我国电网的调度、运行和风电设备的开发有一定参考价值。 A study on differences of latest grid code for wind farm integration between China and some EU countries are conducted.T he similarities and differences of these grid codes in the aspects of active power/frequency control,reactive power/voltage control are compared.T he main causes of these differences are investigated and the author tries to predict the future trend of regulations.It could be concluded from the comparison that the active and reactive power control requirements vary greatly and depend on factors like technology level of wind turbine and short circuit capacity of the system considered.T he operation range of the power factor and requirements for reactive power regulation are also related with the voltage level and total installed capacity of wind turbines.I n the age of rapid development of wind farm,this comparison could be useful for power system operation and development of wind turbine's technology in China.
