论现代针刺治疗中的针具选择

参考相关针具在临床中应用的古代和现代文献,分析出针具的选择与发病部位的层次、疾病性质、病程以及患者的体质和适应性等关系,从现代针灸临床应用的针具和实际疗效出发,提出"上工者利其器"的观点。

Selection of acupuncture follow the level of disease location,nature and course of disease,and patients＇ constitution and indication.The ancient and modern Traditional Chinese medical classics summarized and analyzed the above principles.Study from the clinical application of modern acupuncture and practical curative effect,we put forward the view that a high-level medical skilled acupuncturist could select the suitable acupuncture instrument according to the different patients and disease condition in order to improve the efficacy.
