摘要 目的分析尿沉渣镜检法与干化学法检测尿液中红细胞及白细胞结果的相关性,探讨两种方法联合应用的临床价值。方法采用尿沉渣镜检法和干化学法检测490例患者尿液中红细胞和白细胞,比对分析两种方法的结果。结果干化学法红细胞阳性率略高于尿沉渣镜检法,但差异无统计学意义。尿沉渣镜检法白细胞阳性率略高于干化学法,但差异无统计学意义。两种方法检测红细胞和白细胞阴性、阳性结果之间均互有交叉现象。结论尿沉渣镜检法与干化学法检测尿液中红细胞及白细胞各有优缺点,联合应用沉渣镜检法和干化学法测定尿液红细胞及白细胞有利于临床疾患的诊断与治疗。 Objective To study the associativity between the results of urinary erythrocytes and leucocytes analyzed by dry chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy. Methods Urinary erythrocytes and leucocytes of 490 patients were detected by dry chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy. Results The positive rate of erythrocytes analyzed by uri- nary sediment microscopy was little lower than that by dry chemical method, but there was no statistical significance between the two methods (P 〉 0. 05 ). The positive rate of leucocytes analyzed by urinary sediment microscopy was little higher than that by dry chemical method, but there was no statistical significance between the two methods ( P 〉 0. 05 ). There all existed crossover phenomena in the negative and positive results of erythrocytes and leucocytes analyzed by the two methods. Conclu- sion Combined application of dry chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy in the detection of urinary erythrocytes and leucocytes could make for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
