脱机患者T型管吸氧的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨提高脱机患者吸氧疗效的有效方法。方法选择50例呼吸衰竭经鼻气管插管脱机患者,将其随机分为试验组(Ⅰ组)和对照组(Ⅱ组)各25例。试验组采用T型管吸氧,对照组采用传统方法,即一次性头皮针软管置入人工气道吸氧,在脱机前及脱机60 min后行血气分析,观察PaO_2、PaCO_2及氧合指数情况,并连续BP、HR、RR、SpO_2监测,记录脱机前及脱机后导管内吸氧15、30、60 min读数。结果 T型管吸氧组患者PaO_2、氧合指数情况明显优于头皮针软管组,PaCO_2无显著性差异。结论脱机患者采用T型管吸氧可提高吸氧效果,减少患者呼吸肌做功,避免氧气对呼吸道黏膜的直接刺激,有利于保湿、防止空气中微粒落入气管套管等优点,值得推广。
