汽轮机远程监测诊断系统的设计

摘要 远程状态监测与故障诊断技术改变了传统的监测诊断模式,可以消除时空上的局限性,对实现信息和资源共享有重要意义。本文以汽轮机组为研究对象,设计与开发了远程故障诊断与维护管理系统。基于C/S结构,采用SQLServer2000数据库系统,利用C#语言在Visual Studio.NET2003集成开发环境中开发了汽轮机远程故障诊断系统,并完成了服务器端和客户端相关功能模块的设计,详细介绍了数据获取模块与监测诊断模块的设计。现场实验显示,该系统的应用能取得较好的监测与诊断效果。 Remote condition monitoring and failure diagnosis technology has changed the traditional methods and can eliminate the limitations for the share of information and resources. A remote control system of failure diagnosis and maintenance is designed and developed in this paper for turbine set. The system is developed in Visual Studio. Net 2003 with C# language is based on the C/S structure and sqlserver2000 database system. The server and client relevant functional modules were completed and the data access module and monitoring module were detailed presented. Finally the experiments showed that the application of the system helps for better monitoring and diagnosis effect.
