摘要 EEDI(船舶能效设计指数)作为对未来造船界有深远影响的一项新的IMO法规,从政治、经济及技术等各个方面对船舶能效设计指数推出的合理性进行了全面的分析和论述,并针对当前的船舶工业界的现状,提出了现阶段实施EEDI的可行建议。 As a new IMO regulation, EEDI rings a very big impact on ship building industry. The paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the implementation of EEDI from political, economical and technical aspects and puts forward an proposal of EEDI implementation under current situation based on the present circumstance of maritime industry.
