摘要
介绍了船用涡流发生器在改变船艉部流场、降低某多用途船船体振动方面的成功应用。在大型循环水槽中进行了涡流发生器的优化试验研究,并进行了相关的理论分析。模型试验结果表明,合适的涡流发生器能降低螺旋桨空泡诱导脉动压力的一阶叶频分量20%~30%,二阶叶频分量超过50%。实船试航结果表明,在船体艉部安装优选的涡流发生器能够降低船体振动20%~60%。
This paper presents an application of vortex generator on a Multi-Purpose Vessel to reduce the vibration. The test and CFD research are performed, also the trial test results are shown. The I st and 2nd blade order of pressure fluctuation are reduced by 20%-30% and 50% respectively from the model test. The trial test results show that the vibration on the ship is reduced by 20%-60% at different measured points.
