摘要
为给大型循环流化床O2/CO2燃烧系统在高氧气浓度下的燃烧提供参考,在O2/N2气氛中,利用提升管直径100mm、高3 000 mm的循环流化床燃烧实验系统,研究了3个煤种在高氧气浓度下的燃烧特性和温度分布特性。实验结果表明,平均氧气浓度34.4%,或局部氧气浓度75.3%时均可以实现稳定、无过热燃烧。龙口煤的烟气中NOx占总氮氧化物排放量的89.3%~90.3%,而朔州煤的NOx仅占30.0%。通过优化配风,烟气中CO、N2 O和NOx的浓度可以分别降低到45%、94%和89%。
To provide reference for the combustion at a high oxygen concentration in a large-sized circulating fluidized bed O2/CO2 combustion systems,experimentally studied were the combustion and temperature distribution characteristics of three types of coal at a high oxygen concentration in the O2/N2 atmosphere in a circulating fluidized bed-based combustion test system with a riser having a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 3000 mm.The test results show that when the average oxygen concentration is 34.4% or the local oxygen concentraiton is 75.3%,a stable combustion without any superheating can be accomplished.The NOx contained in the flue gas of the Longkou-originated coal accounts for 89.3%~90.3 of the total NOx emissions while that of the Shuozhou-originated coal occupies only 30.0%.By optimizing the air distribution,the concentration of CO,NO2 and NOx in the flue gas can be reduced to 45%,94% and 89% respectively.
