布朗肖认为概念性语言是主体意识对在场事物的压制和"谋杀",是以物的死亡为代价而换取来的精神的生命。他对这种语言观持否定态度,而试图以语言的物质性为契机,重新唤醒被语言所"谋杀"了的物的存在。他在文学语言中发现了意识与物的双重存在,文学语言以其模糊性而成为意识与物之间相互敞开又彼此遮蔽的无止境的动态游戏。
The conceptual language,Blanchot contends,is suppresses and 'murders' to the real things that it conceptualizes,and is a spiritual life at the expense of the thing's death.Blanchot disagrees with this concept of language,and attempts to reawaken the present thing murdered by language by the materiality of language.Finally,he finds the dual existence of consciousness and materiality in the literary language,and because of its ambiguity,the language of literature becomes the endlessly dynamic play between consciousness and materiality.
