摘要
板和加筋板是组成船体的主要结构,精确预报板和加筋板的强度是确保船舶结构安全性的一个关键问题。文章基于结构稳定性理论,设计了一套稳定性试验平台,使其能够完成板、加筋板的稳定性试验。以板为试验研究对象,进行了稳定性试验,得到了各组试验的临界载荷;利用弹塑性理论推导了各组板试件的屈曲临界载荷。通过试验值和理论值的对比分析,验证了该稳定性试验平台的测试精度满足实际工程需要。
Ship body structure is consisted of plates and stiffened plates. Accurate prediction of the strength of plates and stiffened plates is a key technique for ship structure safety. A set of stability test-bed was designed, which may carry out the stability experiment for plate and stiffened plate, based on the theory of structure stability. The stability experiment was focused on plate~ Critical loads for all tests were obtained. Critical buckling load of all plate specimens was derived based on elasto-plastic theory. Finally, it is verified that the measurement accuracy of this test-bed meets the engineerirlg demand based on the comparison between experimental and theoretical values.
