摘要
目的为了准确掌握本县村级卫生人力资源状况,为政府决策和农村卫生事业管理提供科学依据,促进贫困地区农村卫生事业发展。方法采用现场调查的方式,设计调查表,深入全县156个行政村卫生室进行调查。结果队伍结构不合理,服务能力不高;分布不合理,存在服务盲区。建议一要加强学历教育。二要严格人员准入。三要安排进修学习。四要实行竞争上岗。五要建立培训制度。六要合理配置村医。
OBJECTIVE The purpose of abstract In order to grasp the situation of human resources for health status accurately in the village in Pengyang County,to provide a scientific basis for government decision-making and management of rural health and promote health development in poor rural areas.METHODS We manage to do the following methods: taking face-to-face talking methods,designing questionnaire,Investigating 156 Health Rooms of administrative village.RESULTS AS a results: first,team structure is irrational,service capacity is poor;Second,distribution is unreasonable,there are some areas which cannot be serviced.SUGGESTIONS First,strengthen the academic education;Second,strict personnel access rules must be taken seriously.Third,arrange for further education;Fourth,compete for jobs;Fifth,establish a training system;Finaly,allocate village doctors rationally.
