摘要
卫生人才队伍建设一直是困扰农村卫生发展的难题。通过对徐州市乡镇卫生院、村卫生室卫生人才队伍现状的调查结果,显示出农村卫生技术人员学历层次低、职称结构不合理和专业技术人员补济困难等问题,已经成为制约和影响全市农村卫生发展的突出问题。在分析研究存在问题的基础上,从落实江苏省政府"四项政策"、深化农村卫生机构运行机制改革和建立健全农村卫生人才培养的长效机制等方面,提出了12条对策和措施。
Development of qualified personnelof health personnel has been troubled by problems of rural health development.According the passage go through by Xuzhou City,town hospitals and the village health station of health personnel survey results,it show that health technical staff in rural are with low levels of education,job title structure is unreasonable,professional and technical personnel make up economic difficulties have become constrained and influenced by the city's rural health care the outstanding problems.In the analysis of existing problems,based on the Jiangsu provincial government from implementing the "four" policy,deepen the reform of rural health organizations operating mechanism and the establishment of a sound rural health long-term mechanism for training qualified personnel in such areas as put forward 12 countermeasures and measures.
