胃癌术后局部复发原因分析及其预防措施探讨 被引量：2

摘要 胃癌术后局部复发严重影响患者的预后和生存时间,标准的胃癌根治术（D2）在一定程度上可以避免和减少胃癌术后局部复发。术后按诊疗规范随访,发现局部复发者应给予积极的治疗。
