穴位刺激经长轴突反射引起的神经源性炎症反应 被引量:10

摘要 用大鼠为实验对象 ,以 Evans蓝渗出为指标 ,观察在长轴突反射实验条件下 ,电刺激足太阳膀胱经承山穴后的神经源性炎症反应的分布。结果 ,刺激侧的爪部、小腿后外侧区及股后外侧区皮肤出现了似循足太阳膀胱经的蓝色渗出 ,对侧无渗出。定量分析显示 ,渗出部位皮肤 Evans蓝含量显著高于对侧同部位和对照组皮肤 (P <0 .0 1 )。内脏器官中 ,膀胱组织的 Evans蓝含量显著高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,其余内脏组织的 Evans蓝含量与对照相比无明显改变。结果提示 ,穴位刺激可引起节段内循经及相关内脏的神经源性炎症反应 ,长轴突反射可能参与了经络活动。 The purpose of this study was to investigate whether stimulation of acupoint can produce a neurogenic inflammation along the meridian and in the corresponding visceral organs through long axon reflex.The spinal cord of rats were transected between T 13 and L 1.All ventral and dorsal roots were cut off.30min after Evans blue diluent(40mg/kg) was injected intravenously,electrical stimulation was continously applied to the right Cheng Shan acupoint for 30 min.We found that Evans blue extravasation distributed along the bladder meridian of Foot TaiYang in the same segmental skin area of the right limb of all 8 rats.Spectrophotometric analysis showed that the amount of Evans blue in the skin area with extravasation was obviously different from that in the area of the control group (P<0.01).The measurement of the visceral organs indicated that the bladder tissue but not other organs had a prominent extravasation.These results suggest that, stimulation of acupoint is able to produce ipsilateral neurogenic inflammation in the same segment along the meridian and in the corresponding visceral organs, and the long axon reflex may play a role in the activity of the meridian.
