摘要
全国统一高考制度先后经过了"酝酿期"、"建立和遭受挫折期"、"恢复和改革期"的变迁过程。高考制度改革徘徊在理想与现实之间,中国文化原始的思维方式和价值观念构成了高考制度变迁的深刻背景。如果教育制度与其背后的价值观和思维方式不匹配,教育制度就难以高效的运行。文化的内核——价值观和思维方式在本质上规定了教育制度运行的绩效。
The unified national college entrance examination system has gone through the periods of ＂fermentation＂, ＂establishment and suffering the setback＂, ＂restoration and reformation＂. The reform of college entrance examination system is like a pendulum swinging between the ideal and the reality. Traditional Chinese thinking mode and value ideas of Chinese culture constituted the background of the college entrance examination system. If the educational system does not match with its values and the thinking mode, educational system will not function effectively. The cultural essence values and the thinking mode have been stipulating the achievements of educational system movement
