肺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及免疫细胞活性的研究

STUDY OF T-CELL SUBJECTS AND NK-A IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER

采用 APAAP法和流式细胞仪研究 32例肺癌患者及 30例健康人外周血T细胞亚群及免疫细胞活性 ( NK- A)的变化。结果表明 :肺癌患者外周血 CD+3 、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8及 NK- A与正常人比较呈显著性降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;且肺癌伴癌转移者与未转移者上述各项指标亦有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。说明肺癌患者存在细胞免疫功能降低 ;伴有癌转移的肺癌患者细胞免疫功能更低。提出积极调节肺癌患者细胞免疫功能 ,增强机体抗肿瘤能力十分重要。

T cell subjects and NK A in peripheral blood were measured by APAAP and Flow Cytometry in 32 patients with lung cancer.The results showed that the proportion of CD - 3,CD + 4 ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 and NK A decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in comparison with normal control group.In addition, the proportion of CD + 3,CD + 4 ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 and NK A in lung cancer with metastasis was significantly lower than that of lung cancer with nometastasis (P<0.05).It suggests that the cell immunie function in patients with lung cancer is decreased obviously.So it is important to improve the cell immunie function of patients with lung cancer.
