摘要
观察了康脂泰对食饵性高脂血症大鼠体内脂质代谢和抗氧化作用的影响。结果显示 :康脂泰能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血浆总胆固醇和甘油三脂 ;升高血中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ;降低肝脏总胆固醇和甘油三脂含量 ;升高血浆超氧化物歧化酶 ;降低血浆、肝脏脂质过氧化物含量。提示其治疗动脉粥样硬化与其调脂、抗氧化作用有关。
The effect of kang zhi tai on lipid metabolism and lipid peroxidation was studied in dietary hyperlipidemia rats.The results showed that kang zhi tai markedly reduced the plasma level of total cholesterol and triglyceride, elevated high density lipoprotein cholesterol , decreased total cholesterol and triglyceride level in liver, increased plasma superoxide dismutase activities and reduced lipid peroxide level in both plasma and liver in hyperlipidemia rats. It is suggested that the treatment of atherosclerosis by kang zhi tai might be related to the lipid regulation and antioxidation.
