摘要 Th17细胞是新近发现的CD4T细胞亚群,困主要分泌白介素17而命名。白介素17是具有强大的招募中性粒细胞功能的前炎性细胞因子,可促进多种细胞释放炎性因子。Th17细胞在增强炎症反应的同时也提高了机体的防御能力,与肺部感染、气道慢性炎性疾病等密切相关。本文就此作一简要综述。 Th17 cell is a newly discovered subtype of CD4^+ T cells. It can secret interleukin 17 (IL- 17) which determines its denomination. IL-17 is a kind of proinflammatory cytokine that can strongly recruit neutrophils and promote many kinds of cells to release inflammatory cytokines. Th17 cell can strenglhen inflammatory responses, and moreover, it enhances the bodyrs defense ability. It has a close relation with pulmonary infections, chronic inflammatory disorder of the airway and so on. This review nlakes a summing-up for it.
