对高血压病156例海滨环境疗养疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of seacoast environment on 156 me of hypertension

观察在大连小平岛海滨区疗养期间，通过日光浴、空气俗等多件疗养因子的作用，对高血压病患者血压的改变，并探讨其作用机理.方法采用大连小平岛日光浴、空气浴、降压操等综合措施，治疗1～3个月，观察入出院时血压及主要临床症状的变化。结果经多种疗养因子的综合作用，对高血压病156例降压疗效显著。结论在大连小平岛海滨区疗养，经多种疗养四子的综合作用，可使血压下降，促进高血压的康复。

Objective To observe the blood pressure changes of patients with hypertension, treated by combinided anvalescent factors(such as, sunbath, negative tiriron……), in xiao ping dao of Dalan, and to study the mechanism.Methods To survey changu of blood prexxure and symptom of before and after by combinded convalecent factors.Results On clinical obeervation, 156 ase wich hypertension, had been treated with combinded comvalescent factors, bloodpressure drupped obviously, symptoms had suomn improvement.Conclusion many couvalescent combinded factors in xiao ping dao region of Dalan has mad the hood pressure of hypertemsion patients dropped, and has a rehabilitation effect for hypertention.
